After completing an application form, please return it to help@jonnora.co.uk. We'll process the application which usually involves a credit check, and taking up references. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours.Once we have enough information, we'll send you an email offering you the tenancy with useful information including How to rent, Right to rent, and other important property documents.
To finalise the process, we'll need to sign the tenancy agreement, complete the tenancy checklist, and take a copy of your passport (or other forms of accepted ID). Then you'll be handed your new keys. That’s it! You're all ready to move in.

How to rent
This document provides a checklist and other detailed information on each stage of the renting process.
It is a legal document that we will provide you with before signing the tenancy agreement.
The document covers things like:
What to look out for before renting.
Living in a rented home.
What happens at the end of a tenancy.
What to do if things go wrong.
It is a criminal offence for landlords or agents to let properties to an illegal migrant. Therefore, this document is required to perform the necessary checks.
As part of the document, we will be required to take a copy of valid identification which proves your migration status.
This document will be completed at the same time as we complete your tenancy agreement.
This form is to help you set up a standing order with your bank to pay the rent automatically each month.
Simply fill in your details, and our account details, and hand the form to your bank.
This helpful fact sheet explains what condensation is, as well as ways to prevent it.
The reason this document is so important, is that condensation can damage the property and cause mould to grow around the home.
